Sabudana Khicadi

Ingredients:
250 gm Sago(sabudana){Soaked for 3-4 hrs}
1/2 cup peanuts roasted and crushed coarsely
4 boiled and mashed potatoes
1 tesp black pepper pd
salt to taste
2 chopped green chillies
2 tesp Lemon juice
2 tbsp finely chopped green coriander leaves
2 tbsp Oil/Ghee
Method:
1.Mix all the ingredients .
2. Heat oil/ghee in a pan.Put the above mixed ingredients.Mix it well and cook for 8-10 mins by covering the lid on the pan.Serve hot.
