Carrot Peas Pulao

Ingredients:

1 cup Rice(soaked)

1/2 cup chopped carrot

1/2 cup peas

1 tbsp ghee

1 tesp cumin seeds

salt to taste

Method:

1.Boil the soaked rice separately.Heat ghee in a pan.

2.Add cumin seeds.When it crackles add carrot and peas.Add salt.Cook for 5 mins.

3.Add boiled rice.Cook it for 2 mins.

4.Serve it with daal/Curd.
