Butter Paneer Masala in Microwave

Ingredients:
1.250 gm Paneer
2 chopped onion
1 tesp ginger paste
1 tesp garlic paste
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup tomato puree
2 tesp Kasoori Methi
Few chopped cashewnuts
3/4 tesp Jeera pd(roasted)
1 tesp red chilli pd
salt to taste
2 tezpatta
1 green chilli chopped largely
1 capsicum chopped largely
1 onion chopped largely
a pinch of orange colour
4 teasp butter
1 tesp garam masala
Method:
1.Heat 2 tesp of oil in a microwave dish for a minute.
2.Add tezpatta,ginger,garlic,onion paste and microwave for 3 mins.
3.Add red chilli pd and milk and microwave for 1 min.
4.Add tomato puree,salt, jeera pd and garam masala.Microwave for 3 mins.
5.Add Ksuri methi and mix well.
6.In a another microwave dish heat butter,onion slices,capsicum slices,green chilli and micro wave for 1 min.
7.Mix above with gravy and add colour and paneer.Microwave for 2 mins uncovered and for a min with a lid.
8. Serve with naan,chapati or rice.

Corn Cheesy Cutlet

Ingredients:
1/2 cup boiled and crushed corn
2 tesp boiled corn kernals
2 tesp boiled peas
1/2 cup boiled rice(You can use leftover rice)
1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
1 chopped capsicum
1 boiled and meshed potato
Bread Crums as required
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Fine Vermicelli for Coating
1 tbsp cornflour
Oil to Fry
Cheese cubes
Method:
1.Mix all the ingredients except cheese,oil and vermicelli.Make a dough by adding cornflour and breadcrums.
2.Dissolve 2 tesp of cornflour in water.
3.Crush the vermicelli and keep aside.
4.Take a portion of dough and make a round ball,put a small cheese cube in center and prick a toothpick.Give the heart shape.
5.Dip each cutlet in cornflour water and roll with vermicelli crush.
6.Keep all the cutlets in fridge for 1/2 hr.
7.Deep fry them whenever want to .....and serve with sauce and chutney.

Wheat Churma

Ingredients:
2 cup wheat flour
1 cup Khoya
1 cup bura(grounded suger)
1 tesp cardamon pd
1 cup ghee
grated dry fruits
Method:
1.Mix flour and 1/4 th cup ghee.Knead it with lukewarm water.Take a portion of dough and make a thick flat roll.Similarly make rolls of remaining dough.Bake them in oven by changing the sides.
2.Now break the baked rolls in a bowl and let them cool.Grind them in a mixer.
3.In a another pan take a spoon of ghee and cook khoya till light brown.
4.Mix khoya,remaining ghee,cardamon pd,bura with grounded baked balls.
5.Garnish with dryfruits and serve.
