Sandesh


Ingredients:
1 Cup Chena(Paneer)
1/4 cup sugar(grounded)
1/4 tesp cardamon pd
Almonds to decorate
Method:
1.Mix Chena and sugar and combine them all together till the smooth texture.
2.Make small balls or desired shape.
3.Sprinkle cardamon powder and decorate with a almond.
4.Keep them in refrigerator and serve cooled.


Fruit Cream

Ingredients:
3 cup cool whip
8-9 Strawberries
1 chopped apple
1 cup grapes
1/2 cup orange (peeled)
2 banana(sliced)
Any seasonal or your favourite fruits
Method:
1.Mix all the fruits except whip cream.
2.Add sugar if required(I have not added).Mix together.
3.Add whip cream and mix well.
4.Decorate as you like with fruits.

Gujrati Thepla

Ingredients:
2 cups Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Besan
salt to taste
1 tesp Sesame
1/2 tesp Ajwain
1 tesp Aniseed (sauf)
1/2 tesp red chilli pd
1/2 tesp turmeric pd
1 crushed green chilli
1/2 tesp roasted cumin seed pd
1 tesp garlic paste
1/2 tesp coriander pd
1 tesp sugar
1 cup fenugreek leaves
2 tesp oil
Method:
1.Mix all the ingredients and knead dough with reqired water.
2.Make sized ball of dough and roll it round using rolling pin.Spread a bit of oil over it and fold it like paratha.Then roll it again either in triangle or round shape
3.Roast it one side on heated tawa.Turn it and roast from other side also with oil/ghee.
4.Serve it with any curry/curd/chutney.

Dahi ke Angare

Ingredients:

For covering:

1/2 cup boiled potato

1/2 cup Paneer

1 tbsp corn flour

salt to taste

For stuffing:

1/2 cup hanged curd

1 chopped onion

2 tesp chopped coriander

salt to taste

1/4 tesp red chilli pd

1 chopped green chilli

To roll:

1 cup bread crums

Oil to fry

Method:

1.Mix all ingredients of covering and make a soft dough.

2.Mix all ingredients of stuffing.If stuffing is not proper add some cornflour.

3.Now take a small portion of covering and fill it with stuffing.Roll it on the bread crumps.

4.Similarly make all the balls and keep them in fridge.

5.Fry before serving.Serve with sauce.chutney.

Til Mil Paneer

Ingredients:
For Batter:

250 gms Paneer
1/2 cup Maida
salt to taste
1/2 tesp red chilli pd
1/4 tesp white chilli pd
1/4 tesp orange red colour
1 tesp ginger garlic paste
Water for batter as required
For Coating:
1/2 cup Bread crumps
1/2 cup Til
1 tesp suji(rawa)
1 tesp chat masala
1 tesp orange red colour
Oil to fry
Method:
1.Mix all the ingredients except paneer and make batter with water.
2.Mix all the ingredients of coating in an another plate and keep it aside.
3.Now take paneer pieces and dip in batter,then coat it with coating neatly.
4.Keep them in refrigrator for half an hour.
5.Fry each paneer pieces before serving.

Gajar ka halwa


1 kg Red Carrot

2 lt. Full Cream Milk

250 gm Sugar

1/2 cup Ghee

1 tesp Cardoman pd

8-10 Cashew nuts

Method:

1.Boil Milk in a heavy bottomed pan.Add grated carrots.

2.Cook till the milk dries.(Approx 1hr).Keep steering while cooking.

3.Add ghee and cook for 5 min with steering.

4.Add sugar and cook till the sugar melts.

5.Add cashews and cardamon pd.

6.Serve hot.

Penne Pasta in tomato puree


Ingredients:

1 cup boiled Pasta(Penne)(You can take any other also)

2 tesp butter

1/2 cup tomato puree

1 chopped onion

salt to taste

1/2 tesp basil

1/4 tesp chilli flakes

2 tesp tomato sauce

1 tesp chilli sauce

1/4 cup grated cheese

Method:

1. Heat butter in a pan.Add chopped onion.Cook till it changes colour.

2.Add tomato puree.Add all the spices and sauces.Cook for 5 mins

3.Add boiled pasta and cheese.Cook for a min.Garnish with butter and grated cheese and Serve.

Healthy Salad


Ingredients:

1 cup Broccoli Florets

1 long sliced carrot

1 long sliced Juccini

1 long sliced capsicum

5-6 Jalepeno

For Dressing:

2 teap olive oil

1 tesp sugar

2 tesp lemon juice

salt to taste

1 tesp Tabasco sauce/Vinegar

Method:

1.Mix all the vegetable and blanch for 2 mins in water.Drain the excess water and keep in a mixing bowl.

2.Mix all the ingredients of dressing.Add it with the veggies.Mix well and serve.



Til ke Ladoo

Ingredients:
100 gm Til(Sesame)
200 gm Gur(Jaggery)
Method:
1.Roast sesame for few minutes just to change the colour.
2.Heat jaggery in a pan till it melts.
3.Add sesame and mix well.
4.Let it cool for some minute and grease ur hands with little water and make ladoos while the mixture is hot.Otherwise binding ladoos will be difficult.
5.Enjoy on "makar sankranti" with the feast of til ladoos.
