Ingredients:
1 cup rava(suji)
1/2 tesp Mustard seeds
1 tesp Bengalgram
1 tesp Split Blackgram
1 chopped onion
4-5 curry leaves
3-4 dried red chillies
2 tesp lemon juice
1 tbsp ghee
salt to taste
1 cup water
Method:
1.Heat up ghee in a pan.Add mustard seeds,both grams,red chillies,curry leaves.
2.When it crackles ,add onion and cook it till light brown.
3.Add rava and cook it till light brown.
4.Add water ,lemon juice,salt ,chopped coriander.Stir it till it get tight. Cook it with a spoon of ghee.
5. Serve it with coconut chutney.
