Tomato Onion Uttapam

For Batter:
3 cup Rice
1 cup split blackgram(Urad ) dal
1 tbsp poha
1/2 tesp fenugreek seeds(methi dana)
salt to taste
1.Soak all the ingredients except salt in water for 2-3 hrs.
2. Grind it to a smooth paste and add salt and mix it. Keep the batter overnight to ferment.
3. Use this Batter to make any kind of dosas,uttapams.
Ingredients For Tomato onion uttapam:
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green chilli
finely chopped coriander leaves
2-3 cashew nuts
2-3 Raisins
1. Heat nonstick tava and grease it with ghee/oil.
2.Thickly spread the batter on nonstick tawa.
3.Put tomato,onion cashew,raisins,chilli and coriander on it.
4.Cook it with ghee on both sides.
5.Serve hot with coconut chutney or sauce
