Gajar ka halwa


1 kg Red Carrot

2 lt. Full Cream Milk

250 gm Sugar

1/2 cup Ghee

1 tesp Cardoman pd

8-10 Cashew nuts

Method:

1.Boil Milk in a heavy bottomed pan.Add grated carrots.

2.Cook till the milk dries.(Approx 1hr).Keep steering while cooking.

3.Add ghee and cook for 5 min with steering.

4.Add sugar and cook till the sugar melts.

5.Add cashews and cardamon pd.

6.Serve hot.
