Ingredients:
For Filling:
4 Boiled Potatoes(mashed)
2 tesp ginger chilli paste
salt to taste2 tesp red chilli powder
1/2 tesp Cumin seeds
1/2 tesp turmeric Powder
1 tesp coriander powder
1 tesp dry mango powder
1 tesp garam masala
2 tesp green coriander (finely chopped)
1 tbsp. oil
other ingredients:
1 cup maida
salt to taste
2 teasp oil
Oil to fry
Breadcrumb as required
Method:
1.Mix maida,salt and oil properly. Make the soft dough using little water. Cover it and keep aside.
2.To make filling heat 1 tbsp. oil. Add cumin seeds and crackle it.Now add gonger chilli paste and other spices. Add mashed potatoes. Mix it well and cook for 10 mins. Add green coriander leaves and mix well.
3.Now take a portion of dough and roll it. Sprinkle or dust some dry maida and bread crumb on it.
5.Roll it like the picture below.
6.Cut it like spirals.
7.Roll each spirals in breadcrumb Deep fry in hot oil and serve with chutney and sauce.
