Dahi ke Angare

Ingredients:

For covering:

1/2 cup boiled potato

1/2 cup Paneer

1 tbsp corn flour

salt to taste

For stuffing:

1/2 cup hanged curd

1 chopped onion

2 tesp chopped coriander

salt to taste

1/4 tesp red chilli pd

1 chopped green chilli

To roll:

1 cup bread crums

Oil to fry

Method:

1.Mix all ingredients of covering and make a soft dough.

2.Mix all ingredients of stuffing.If stuffing is not proper add some cornflour.

3.Now take a small portion of covering and fill it with stuffing.Roll it on the bread crumps.

4.Similarly make all the balls and keep them in fridge.

5.Fry before serving.Serve with sauce.chutney.
